CUBMRC is a team of undergraduate students in the Cornell Math Club working in collaboration with the Cornell University Department of Mathematics and CIS.

Mission.

The Cornell Big Red Math Competition is dedicated to celebrating the beauty and power of mathematics while fostering a spirit of academic excellence and curiosity among high school students. Our aim is to create an inclusive and challenging mathematical environment where participants can explore and expand their passion for math, develop valuable problem-solving skills, and build lasting connections within a vibrant mathematical community. We hope to inspire the next generation of mathematicians and equip them with the tools necessary in shaping a better future, both in mathematics and the world at large.

History

Founded by the Undergraduate Math Club and the Department of Mathematics of the Cornell University in the fall of 2023, the Cornell University Big Red Math Competition is set to make its debut this year.
