Cooking with your Box (English & Spanish)

Virtual option is available, but in person is recommended.

Live Cooking demonstrations where your educator will show you different ways to prepare the produce included in your box and provide you with new recipes to try at home. Each class will focus on one or more of the following:

• Cooking terminology and principles


• Food selection, substitution, shopping, safety, and storage


• Basic preparation skills including knife skills, measuring, and mixing techniques


• How to read, interpret, and follow recipes


• Meal planning
