Live in an apartment or home that does not have access to outdoor space to have a compost pile? Learn how to compost indoors year-round with earthworms. Vermicomposting is a method of composting using earthworms, specifically red wigglers, to transform fruit and vegetable scraps into a nutrient-rich soil.

Participants in this workshop will learn the importance of composting, vermicompost best management practices, how to build a bin at home, and how to harvest and apply finished compost to indoor and outdoor plants.
