The VI Colombian Student & Professional Conference “Construyendo País: Perspectives of Colombia’s Leadership in Latin America” will take place at Cornell University on April 13-15, 2012. The objective of this conference is to stimulate discussion on Colombia’s leadership in the coming years, and to encourage us to reflect on how we can contribute to making our country a leader in Latin America.

With the participation of students, professors and professionals, this forum intends to consolidate Colombia’s identity abroad. PorColombia Cornell invites you to participate in the debate on topics ranging from education to economics, sustainable development and architecture to science and innovation. During the conference we will address the questions: What should Colombia’s goals be for the next decade? And, what are we doing to reach these goals?
