POSTPONED! Cognitive Science Colloquium Series

Friday, April 24, 2020 at 12:20pm

202 Uris Hall

Hakwan Lau, UCLA

Research and Teaching Interests: I work on the neural mechanisms of conscious perception, attention, and metacognition, using human neuroimaging, invasive electrophysiology, psychophysics, and computational modeling. We also apply what we learn to develop novel treatments, e.g., using double-blind placebo-controlled neurofeedback to reduce fear memory in patients with phobia (& hopefully eventually PSTD).

Abstract and title to come.
