The NYS AFL-CIO Cornell Union Leadership Institute (ULI) celebrates 18 years of labor and worker leadership development with a breakfast awards reception honoring Change Makers, labor leaders who have led transformative efforts within their organizations to empower all workers to organize and tackle economic inequality in our workplaces and society. 

To promote and celebrate NYC labor history, we are delighted to host this event in partnership with the Museum of the City of NY, which is opening a labor history exhibit on May 1st.  Everyone who attends the Change Maker Awards Breakfast will have complimentary access to the Museum exhibit, City of Workers, City of Struggle: How Labor Movements Changed New York, which commemorates the rich history of labor struggles right here in New York City.
