You are warmly invited to attend meetings of the Caregiver Support & Education Network. Caregivers come together monthly to share the challenges, joys and resources of caregiving as well as listen to occasional speakers presenting on topics of interest specifically to caregivers. We have a variety of caregivers – individuals who provide care in their home, long distance, for adult children, for Veterans, for parents that are transitioning into assisted living, for loved ones in hospice care and even individuals who provide respite care occasionally.

Facilitators and speakers will share strategies, tools and resources for coping with stress, caregiver guilt, advanced planning, burnout, living safely at home and exploring options for assisted living and transitions as well as information on local/national resources. Meetings are held monthly. No need to register. Feel free to bring your lunch, stories and questions.
