Have an informal conversation with Wendy Mayer. Career Conversations are meant to be small networking sessions designed to offer you the chance to get answers to your most pressing questions about a particular career field.

Open to A&S undergraduate students only. The Career Services no show policy applies to this event. 

Wendy Mayer is Vice President at Pfizer leading a transformation team focused on work simplicity. In this role she is exploring how to work differently to enable more time for meaningful work.

Since joining Pfizer in 1997, Wendy has had various roles across the organization including: Strategy, Market Access Innovation, Enterprise Innovation, Connecticut Sales Leadership, Clinical Trial Process Improvement, and Market Analytics. Wendy currently co-leads Pfizer’s New York HQ Women’s Leadership Network.

Prior to Pfizer, Wendy was at Deloitte & Touche Consulting, and did an administrative fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Cornell University. She has been identified by Deloitte as a “Women to Watch” in healthcare, she is on the board of advisers at Pulse@MassChallenge digital health accelerator, and is a board member for AWIS (Association for Women in Science).
