Join A&S Career Development for a Career Conversation with Lawrence Gleason about his career path and experience as an Entrepreneur and Executive.

Career Conversations are meant to be small networking sessions designed to offer the chance to get answers to your most pressing questions about a particular career field. There is no formal agenda for this event, just a group of 5-15 students who will ask questions about Lawrence's career path and/or about the fields of management and entrepreneurship.

Students should come prepared to ask questions. Lawrence will give a 10-15 minute overview of his career path, and then there will be a Q&A session (with students asking the questions).  Open to undergraduate students in all colleges.

Prior to founding Harmoni, Mr. Gleason worked at American Tower for 13 years in several senior leadership roles, including SVP and Chief Operating Officer of Latin America.  As COO, he oversaw the growth of Latin American from two countries and 4,000 towers to a division with more than $500 million in revenue and more than 20,000 towers across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
