The Academic Assessment Institute offers faculty an opportunity to develop strategies for meaningful assessment practice. The institute comprises two workshops, each focused on a different level of assessment.

• Day 1 (March 27), Classroom-level Assessment Workshop and
• Day 2 (April 3), Major-level Assessment Workshop.

Faculty are welcome to attend either or both workshops.

The institute will consist of activities and discussions focused on key foundational concepts and the practical application of those concepts in Cornell classrooms. Both workshops within the institute will focus on the critical role of assessment in the learning process and what we should actually do with assessment data.
