DESCRIPTION:HR business partners (HRBPs)\, a large and critically important
  segment of the HR population\, serve on the frontlines of helping compani
 es navigate the future of work\, yet often lack development resources and 
 peer communities common in specialized HR areas. To address this gap\, Cor
 nell's Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) has collaborated
  with senior HRBPs\, chief HR officers\, and business leaders across partn
 er companies to develop the World-Class HRBP Framework\, defining key elem
 ents of the role and setting standards for excellence. CAHRS plans to use 
 the framework as a launchpad to develop additional tools and resources to 
 support HRBP excellence during a time of unprecedented change and disrupti
 on.\n\nIn the final installment of this five-part series\, CAHRS Professor
  Chris Collins\, CAHRS Executive Fellow Kevin Cox\, and CAHRS Professor Br
