CAHRS World-Class HRBP Framework Employee Value Proposition Capabilities
Wednesday, December 17, 2025 12pm to 1:30pm
About this Event
HR business partners (HRBPs), a large and critically important segment of the HR population, serve on the frontlines of helping companies navigate the future of work, yet often lack development resources and peer communities common in specialized HR areas. To address this gap, Cornell's Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) has collaborated with senior HRBPs, chief HR officers, and business leaders across partner companies to develop the World-Class HRBP Framework, defining key elements of the role and setting standards for excellence. CAHRS plans to use the framework as a launchpad to develop additional tools and resources to support HRBP excellence during a time of unprecedented change and disruption.
In the final installment of this five-part series, CAHRS Professor Chris Collins, CAHRS Executive Fellow Kevin Cox, and CAHRS Professor Brad Bell will discuss the critical role of HRBPs in shaping workplace culture. They will explore how HRBPs can create a positive employee experience that enhances engagement and builds a strong employee value proposition. Attendees will have an opportunity to share their insights and ask questions during the webcast.
