  low-spray or organic/regenerative farming and want to be prepared for pes
 t problems?\n\n\n \n\n\nThis program will introduce the fundamentals of In
 tegrated Pest Management (IPM) and how it can help growers make informed d
 ecisions about managing pests and diseases. Participants will learn what I
 PM is\, explore different types of controls\, and review resources for ide
 ntifying common pests and diseases. The session will also cover some of th
 e factors that can affect crop health and how these considerations fit int
 o a well-rounded pest management strategy. \n\n\n \n\n\nThe program will g
 uide participants through creating a practical pest management plan for th
 eir farm\, including understanding economic thresholds and when interventi
 on may be necessary. Along the way\, we will discuss how growers can evalu
 ate their options and choose management strategies that fit their operatio
 n. Participants will also learn about important safety considerations\, eq
 uipment\, and protective gear\, as well as how to read product labels and 
 troubleshoot common challenges. Build your confidence in identifying issue
