- Designed to go through a typical image analysis workflow for quantifying fluorescence images using the basic functions of Fiji
- Includes preprocessing images, image segmentation using thresholding (basic approach), post-processing, detection, counting and measuring/quantification

 

July 30, W – Segmentation & Analysis of z stacks [3D Images] (Johanna M. Dela Cruz)
- Covers measurement and analysis of z stacks or 3D images using various segmentation tools and measurement plugins

 

Aug 6, W – Macro Writing in Fiji (Rebecca Williams)
- Covers the basics of the macro language, how to record and edit macros, how to make scripts generic, and how to use them to automate image analysis tasks in Fiji
