Your Boonville fair Projects will be on display at the Boonville Fair on 7/26-7/31/22

Judging Event date: July 21, 2022

For those that can't make the July 21st date early bird judging will take place at 5:30 on 7/7 here at CCE.

Registration deadline: July 1, 2022

Location: CCE Oneida

Time: Exhibits should arrive between 5:30 and 6:30pm. Judging should finish by 8PM.

REMEMBER: New for 2022 Every 4-H Member wishing to show an animal or project at the Boonville Oneida County Fair must have logged in 6 hours of Community Service. One of those hours must have been directly given back to the County 4-H Program. Cloverbuds excluded.

All 4-H Members are encouraged to submit projects for public view at the Boonville Fair. In an effort to reduce paperwork for everyone. ALL projects that are to be displayed in the Youth Building must be pre-registered. Projects not pre-registered by July 1st will not be accepted for display or awards.

The pre registration information supplied will enable us to determine how many judges and in what categories they are needed. No late registrations accepted

Please remember you are limited to entering 12 items in the youth building. Please make sure they are your BEST work.

Pre-registration will also allow us to print out the Exhibitor's Cards ( Eliminating the need for you to hand write them)

Youth will no longer need to complete the exhibitor statement.  Instead of asking youth to write about their project and what they have learned, youth will now meet face to face with an evaluator and explain their projects.  (Unless this card is specifically requested from the fair book.)

(Face to face judging is scheduled for July 21st at CCE Oneida.)

Your paperwork will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive here at CCE Oneida.

Please arrive about 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time so you can attach the forms to your projects and then proceed to an available judge.  Once all your projects have been evaluated you are free to go.

Remember you must pre-register your projects.  We will not accept any items not pre-registered.

Please review the Boonville Fair Premium book to determine what Section and Class your project should go under. If you have questions please be sure to contact the office. http://cceoneida.com/4-h-youth-development/oneida-county-and-nys-fair
