 for Admission to New York State and County Fairs Section\n- ENTRY FORMS DU
 E JUNE 15th. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.\n- Only 2 entries per class
  per exhibitor\, 2nd animal must be shown by another 4-Her.\n- Cloverbuds 
 are Limited to one animal.\n- Livestock must meet standards for Conduct of
  Fairs\, Livestock Health Requirements\, and General Rules of the Departme
 nt.\n- Animals must be registered in the exhibitor’s name exclusively by
  JUNE 1st of the current year\, if papers have been applied for by not rec
 eived\, proof of application can be used.\n- 4-Hers “leasing” must hav
 e completed NYS 4-H non-ownership certificate by JUNE 1ST\n- Signs/display
 s must indicate that the animal is exhibited by Youth. EX: “4-H”\, “
 Clover”\n- NO Stock under 2 months.\n- NO BULLS may be shown in 4-H.\n- 
 4-H Members must SHOW\, FIT and TAKE CARE of their OWN Animal.\n- All live
 stock must be in place by noon on Tuesday unless noted otherwise.\n- ALL 4
 -H Members are encouraged to stay the duration of the Fair However please 
 note the changes in the Schedule.\n- Dairy Cattle may leave on Friday at 7
 pm or maybe released earlier per approval from CCE staff and must be out b
 y Saturday at 8am at the latest.\n- Beef may arrive Friday night after 8pm
  but must be in place by Saturday at 10am. \n- All animals MUST be checked
  by State Veterinarian BEFORE entering the barns or tents.\n- Each exhibit
 or is expected to provide their own stalls and feed.\n- Animals will be Ju
 dged on the Danish System – Excellent\, Good and Worthy\n\n\n\n All 4-H 
 exhibiting at the fair will be automatically judged on Herdsmanship. \n(Se
 e Section B1) \nAWARD: CASH PRIZE\n\n\n\nFitting and Showmanship is requir
 ed by all 4-H beef exhibitors. The judge will consider: (a) preparation of
  the animal for showing\, (b) showing the animal\, (c) appearance of exhib
 itor. \nAnticipated Awards: Excellent Good\n\n\n\nBEEF BREED CLASSES\nAnti
