Join Cornell Dining for our take on traditional dishes of the African Diaspora as we celebrate Black History Month all over campus throughout February.

On February 21st, North Star Dining Room features a Soul Food theme, including Braised Oxtail, Shrimp and Grits, Vegetarian Gumbo, Mac and Cheese, and Collard Greens with ham hocks.
