This school satisfies the training requirements specified in both the FDA and USDA regulations.
Cornell University will be holding classes April 27 - 30, 2020
at Jordan Hall Auditorium, Geneva, New York
The school is divided into two parts, Acidified and Low Acid, to allow attendees needing acidified foods certification to finish in two days. After successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate with your name.
