DESCRIPTION:Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County will be hosting 
 a free beginning farmers’ workshop held on Thursday\, September 26th fro
 m 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Mexico Public Library\, located at 3269 Ma
 in St\, Mexico\, NY 13114.\n\n\nPresenters will be Kellie Greene\, Senior 
 Business Advisor from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Kellie
  will be introducing the Oswego SBDC\, talk through the basics on how to s
 tart an agriculture business\, and discuss some of the key factors of runn
 ing a successful small business. Joshua Vrooman\, Agriculture Educator for
  Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County\, will also provide a shor
 t overview of the cooperative extension system\, including some of the edu
 cational resources available to beginning farmers. \n\n\nThere will be ple
 nty of time for questions and networking between farmers. Snacks and drink
