Franklin County CCE is hosting a meeting for local beef producers on:
Thursday Feb. 4th at 6:30PM at the Court House.
Andy Weaber the manager for Windy Point Angus in Potsdam NY will be the guest speaker. This will be an opportunity for new and experienced beef producers to learn and share experiences. Youth and adults are welcome to attend.
Traveling around Franklin county more small beef operations are developing . We are hoping to share ideas and improve the communications between these farmers. The cattle market has been strong but what will the 2016 growing year hold? Where can we market this years calves? These are some of the issues that we hope can be addressed .
