Join Wellness fitness professionals for an experience to learn how to take your walk or your run up a notch by adding intervals. We will take laps around Beebe Lake, and at various stations, use our body weight to perform strength and mobility movements. We will offer variations for two groups: a higher impact group and a lower impact group. Modifications will be provided for lots of choice for intensity. This will be a great way to get a workout into your day and leave with ideas for doing it on your own. For more information about the higher impact group, contact Keri.
