Baking with Ann: Seven Grain Bread and Cinnamon Rolls

Does baking bread seem overwhelming? Have you always wanted to learn how to make fresh cinnamon rolls to have ready on that weekend morning along with your coffee? Join Nutrition Educator Ann Supa on Saturday December 10th starting at 9am as we learn about the science of baking. We'll mix and proof a seven grain bread and cinnamon rolls that participants will bring home. We'll learn about baking with whole wheat flour. Priority for spots will be given to veterans residing in Broome County and there will be no fee for veterans to attend. Civilians may attend for $25. There will be a cap on in-person registration at 15 registrants so please register early. Payment is required at time of registration.
