Come celebrate International Composting Awareness Week with CCE Master Garden Volunteer (and local Compost Queen) Julie Poplaski to talk all things compost, from setting up a new system to troubleshooting the one you have.

What can go in the compost? How do you keep it from getting smelly? How do you know when to use the compost? Can X, Y, or Z be composted? Let’s dig into the answers to your questions about food and yard waste!

Attendance is free, and attendees can enter a raffle for the chance to win at-home composting materials thanks to Madison County Solid Waste!
