Join A&S Career Development for a Career Conversation with Erik Sandquist about his career path and experience as a Managing Director at Accenture.

Career Conversations are meant to be small networking sessions designed to offer you the chance to get answers to your most pressing questions about a particular career field. There is no formal agenda for this event, just a group of 5-15 students who have the opportunity to ask questions about Erik's career path and/or about the field of consulting.

Students should come prepared to ask questions. Erik will give a 10-15 minute overview of his career path, and then there will be a Q&A session (with students asking the questions).

Erik is the North America Sales & Commerce Advisory Lead at Accenture, where he is driven by a passion for helping his clients rethink and transform how they connect with their customers. With nearly three decades at Accenture, he excels in designing and deploying innovative customer and channel partner experiences and enabling capabilities.

Throughout his career, Erik has primarily worked with financial services and insurance clients, offering expertise in areas such as customer and channel strategy, distribution, sales and service, digital commerce, contact center, and agent effectiveness. His skillset also includes customer relationship management, incentive compensation, and distribution analytics & insights..

Erik’s comprehensive experience spans personal lines, commercial lines, specialty lines, life insurance, annuities, and retirement plans. He has worked across various distribution models, including exclusive agents, independent agents, brokers, advisors, direct, and omni-channel. He is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cornell University.
