#CUmusicThis recital takes an aural (and at times, visual) excursion past the night-dream-scape of Ravel's Gaspard de la nuit to conjure up a new menagerie of the unreal, from phantasmal apparitions to a fanciful medieval bestiary, to the disruptive inevitability of a hurricane. Music by Ravel, alongside six new works for piano (with adornments) by María Bulla, Coral Douglas, Seare Farhat, Jasmine Morris, James Parker, and Matías de Roux.
