#cornellciderCider—the alcoholic kind—went from the traditional drink of the American farmer to an obscure niche beverage to a burgeoning and vibrant craft industry in New York State today. This exhibit explores the history of cider making, its rise back to prominence and the contributions to both the industry and the agriculture of cider by the Peck Lab, Cornell's Hard Cider Program Work Team, and Cornell alumni.
