From the hum of the cosmos to the call of the cuckoo, from the human voice lifted in praise to the song of the nightingale, the organ, with its intricate forest of pipes, is uniquely suited to reflect multiple worlds. This program explores musical microcosms and macrocosms in the work of Buxtehude, Melchior Schildt, Jacques van Oortmerssen and others.
