Thank you for your interest in Alumni and Friends of HV4H Weekend 2019.

Event check in is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on Friday July 5th at the dining hall. Once you arrive, you will receive a wristband to show you have paid. Meals are included in the cost of attendance and will be provided Friday dinner, Saturday Breakfast lunch and dinner and Sunday Breakfast.

Friday July 5th
3:00 – 5:00: Camp Arrival
5:00 – 5:30: Flagpole
5:30 – 7:00: Outside Dinner with greeting from Mel Schroeder and Lara Rodwell
7:00 – 8:00: Alumni vs. Staff Kickball
8:00: Family Campfire – Smores included!

Saturday July 6th
6:30 – 8:00: Polar Bear swim
8:00 – 8:15: – Flagpole
8:15 – 9:00 – Breakfast
9:15 – 12:15 activities

Activity 1: 9:15 – 10:45

Options include: Canoeing and Fishing (double activity), Arts and Crafts and Camp fire cooking.

Activity 2: 10:45 – 12:15

Options include: Canoeing and Fishing (double activity), Archery and Hike with Bruce.
12:15 – 1:00 - Lunch!
1:30 – 4:30 – More activities

Activity 1: 1:30 – 3:00

Options include: Alumni/ Staff project (double activity), Gaga and DIY
Activity 2: 3:00 – 4:30

Options include: Alumni/ Staff project (double activity), Outdoor adventures and Sports

5:15 – 5:30 – Flagpole
5:30 - 6:15 – Dinner
6:00 - 7:00 – Camp Store is Open!
8:00 – Alumni campfire (staff will be available to watch
children in their cabins)


Sunday July 7th
8:00 – Breakfast
9:00 – 11:00 – Camp Store open
10:00 – 11:00 - King/ Queen of the camp GAGA tournament
11:00 - Pack up to go home – See you next year!
