With everything that is happening in the world around us, many of us want to help make it a better place. What prevents us from acting on this is our lack of knowledge about what we can do as individuals to make our workplaces and communities more inclusive. During this Inclusive Excellence Academy session, participants will: 

1. Gain knowledge about how people develop an ally identity.
 
2. Learn about ways they can make their workplaces and communities more inclusive.

3. Converse with campus colleagues about their individual approach to allyship.
