​Go beyond the composting basics and explore the science and art behind the composting process! Attendees will learn how to calculate the carbon to nitrogen ratio of available materials, understand the roles creatures large and small that live in the pile, and how to test and utilize finished compost. Attending our "Backyard Composting Workshop 101" is helpful but not required to attend this workshop.
