 r of Social Communications at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UF
 CG)\, Brazil and visiting scholar in the Department of Communication at Co
 rnell University. In 2004\, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Soc
 ial Communications with specialization in Journalism from the Federal Univ
 ersity of Pernambuco (UFPE)\, Brazil. He also holds a Master’s Degree in
  Scientific\, Medical and Environmental Communications from Pompeu Fabra U
 niversity (2007)\, the same institution where he obtained a Ph.D. in Publi
