Cornell University sophomores majoring or minoring in a humanities field: the Humanities Scholars Program (HSP) is accepting applications for its next cohort!

HSP is a two-year program housed in the Society for the Humanities that provides a supportive environment for students who are majoring or minoring in a humanities field. The program offers advising and mentoring from HSP faculty and Postdoctoral Associates, funding for research and internships, guidance on independent senior research projects, curated courses, and cohort-building activities. Program requirements include three core courses, two electives, and one senior research project. Sophomores from any college across campus with research interests (including interdisciplinary interests) in the humanities are encouraged to apply.
