Cornell University

Have you ever heard a bee-eater chirp? Seen a barbet feed its young? Watched a crane fly?  Here’s your chance! Cornell researchers and students have trekked into lush forests, dry savannas, and wet marshes all over the world to capture the sights and sounds of an amazing diversity of birdlife in ways that can make you feel as if you were traveling right along with them.  This new exhibit at Mann Library by the Cornell Museum of Vertebrates and the Macaulay Library of Sound will give you a taste of the action. Look for the checklist of the birds and other animals you see in the exhibit--fill it out and get a prize!
