4-H Jr. Vet Workshop Series FALL 2019 Online Registration

Wednesday Evenings: September 25 - November 13 (7 Weeks)

6:30pm - 7:45pm

Open to Putnam County Youth Only, Ages 9-14 (Non-Residents may be considered if the program does not fill up). Prior participants are not eligible to take part.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Full payment must be received within 5 business days or your child's registration will be canceled.

LOCATION: Participants of this program will visit several different Veterinary Clinics throughout Putnam County - Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive a Course Outline with agenda & location of each class.

PARENTS: Please pick up your child promptly at 7:45pm

Please have your child wear closed-toe footwear and discuss Cell Phone Etiquette with your child prior to class.

PLEASE NOTE: This program may not be suitable for children with animal-related allergies and/or respiratory issues.
