4-H is pleased to offer beginning quilting classes. Youth will make a simple patchwork pillow cover. Youth must have previous sewing experience.
Class dates 2/7/15, 2/14/15 and snow date 2/21/15 10am-12pm
class size is limited to 5 youth.
February can be a very snowy month here in Upstate NY. Please be sure to include a phone number and email in case we need to contact you regarding scheduling changes. (You must have a valid email address to register.)

Sewing is a wonderful skill to have, but it can be a bit tricky and frustrating if you are just learning. It is strongly encouraged that a parent participate in this program as well. Parents can offer that extra pair of hands, eyes and ears. Parents need not be highly skilled in sewing or quilting.
Youth will need to bring to class:
A working sewing machine that they are familiar with.
