The Center for Real Estate and Finance is hosting the 2^nd Annual Cornell Regional Real Estate Competition on October 29-30, 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Teams from top UK and European universities will compete in analyzing an actual real estate transaction and present their analysis and proposal to a panel of international real estate executives. Judgement criterion include presentation skills, overall investment recommendations, and methodology. The top two winning teams will receive an expense paid trip and automatic invitation to compete in the 10^th Annual Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition held in New York City in November.
