Seed to Supper is a comprehensive beginner vegetable gardening curriculum designed for adults gardening on a budget. Classes are free and will be taught by our trained Seed to Supper garden educator volunteer, Erin Grygiel. Participants will attend six classes, over the period of May-September 2026, and receive a certificate of completion. Our 2026 host site is the Frankfort Community Garden, located next to the Frankfort Free Library.

Time: 4-6pm or 5-7pm

• April 28th - Planning your Garden


• May 5th - Getting Started with Healthy Soil


• May 12th - Planting your Garden


• June 2nd - Caring for your Growing Garden Part 1


• June 9th - Caring for your Growing Garden Part 2


• TBD - Harvesting and Using your Bounty + (tentative food preservation/canning class)

Classes will primarily be outside. We will move inside if there is inclement weather.
