DESCRIPTION:4-H Public Presentations serve as an opportunity for 4-H member
 s to teach\, entertain and speak to others about a topic they have learned
  about or have interest in.\n\n\nThis year's Western District Public Prese
 ntations will take place Saturday\, March 26th\, from 9 am to 1 pm. The co
 mmitment for evaluators will be approximately 4 hours. The event will be l
 ocated at Revive Wesleyan Church\, 4999 McKinley Parkway\, Hamburg\, NY 14
 075. There will be signs posted at Doors 3 and 5 which will provide access
  to the event area.\n\n\n8:30 AM \nMandatory Evaluators Meeting\n\n\n9:00 
 AM          \nCheck-In Begins—all presenters should check-in at least 30
  minutes ahead of projected presentation time-slot\n\n\n9:15 AM           
     \nFirst presentation begins (all presentations tentatively to be compl
 eted by 12:30PM)\n\n\n12:30 PM -1:00 PM  \nLunch provided for volunteers a
 nd evaluators at the conclusion of presentations \n
