4-H Public Presentations serve as an opportunity for 4-H members to teach, entertain and speak to others about a topic they have learned about or have interest in.

This year's Western District Public Presentations will take place Saturday, March 26th, from 9 am to 1 pm. The commitment for evaluators will be approximately 4 hours. The event will be located at Revive Wesleyan Church, 4999 McKinley Parkway, Hamburg, NY 14075. There will be signs posted at Doors 3 and 5 which will provide access to the event area.

8:30 AM 
Mandatory Evaluators Meeting

9:00 AM          
Check-In Begins—all presenters should check-in at least 30 minutes ahead of projected presentation time-slot

9:15 AM               
First presentation begins (all presentations tentatively to be completed by 12:30PM)

12:30 PM -1:00 PM  
Lunch provided for volunteers and evaluators at the conclusion of presentations
