Hello 4-H Club Leaders!

As you may or may not know NYS 4-H recently was audited by the USDA on our Civil Rights compliance. The completion of this audit has raised some questions regarding the compliance of 4-H Clubs in other capacities including finance.

This mandatory training is designed to bring our 4-H Club Leaders and/or 4-H Volunteers with finance responsibilities up to speed and make all of our clubs finance records compliant with the current USDA guidelines.

Donna Gatto, our SNB Finance Lead, will also be planning on attending the training to help answer any questions you may have.

Clubs that have bank accounts will need to arrange a time to sit down with 4-H staff separately and make sure all record keeping protocol is being followed.

Right now this is the only training date, if this day/time does not work for you contact the 4-H Office immediately to arrange another time with us.
