About this Event
This year's Spanish - speaking fruit school program will provide an indepth and current look at orchard horticulture, pests, and hard cider, as well as a review of skills for success and management.

Adam Karl, Cornell (hard cider)
Afternoon Program (1–4pm)
Roundtable discussions to gather feedback from Hispanic employees (Latino Project)
To develop curriculum (2019/2020)
To discuss and define the roles of an orchard manager in NY
To identify the skills (beyond the job description) that are important to climb the ladder and be successful
