Wildflower Photo Foray

Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 9:00am to 12:00pm

Mundy Wildflower Garden Intersection of Caldwell Road and Forest Home Drive, Ithaca, NY

Grab your camera and join experienced wildflower photographer Paul Schmitt for an introduction to field techniques in the beautiful Mundy Wildflower Garden. This outdoor program is geared towards users of digital single lens reflex (DSLR) cameras; participants should be familiar with the basic operation of a DSLR, but beginner to intermediate-level photographers are welcome. Methods for both close up and wide angle images will be demonstrated along with the effective use of a tripod. A tripod and macro lens are recommended, but not required. The program will be held rain or shine, and space will be limited to allow for greater one-on-one instruction. Pre-registration is required.
