Agriculture & Business Center, 36 Center Street, Warsaw, NY 14569
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County will present a three-part vegetable gardening workshop called Vegetable Gardening for Success. This workshop series is intended for those who want to plant a vegetable garden for the first time or existing home gardeners, struggling with issues of plant health and vigor, throughout the growing season.
This class will be interactive and encourage conversation. Prepaid registration is preferred so we can plan class sizes. Cost includes admission to all three trainings and one Cornell Complete Soil Health Analysis and interpretation. Please bring a sample of your soil to the first session. If you are unsure where to site your new garden and need more information on siting, you can bring your soil to the second session or drop off at the extension office when convenient.
The cost of the workshop is $30 for non-enrollees and $25 for enrollees (the cost includes a soil sample and analysis).
Workshop series will be held March 14, 21 and 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ag & Business Center, 36 Center Street, Warsaw, N.Y.
