Heirloom Tomato Festival!

Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 11:00am to 2:00pm

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County
615 Willow Avenue, Ithaca, New York 14850-3555

Calling all tomato lovers! Here's your chance to sample many varieties of heirloom tomatoes at one time, then take home some saved seeds so you can grow these delicious yet sometimes hard-to-find varieties in your own garden. The tomato sampling and seed saving instruction will be ongoing so drop in when you can! Suggested $5 donation to cover cost of materials.

Varieties: In 2016, we had the following varieties available for tasting and seed saving. This list will be updated when we know which varieties we will have ready for tasting this year.

Amish Paste, Orange Banana, Striped Roman, Pink Brandywine, Chiapas, Fox Cherry, Green Zebra, Black Cherry, New Yorker, Black Prince, Black Zebra, Cosmonaut Volkov, Golden Jubilee
