The Role Diet and Nutrition can play in Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis

The Cornell Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Affiliated Forum is pleased to announce we are beginning a Speaker Series that will provide valuable information and updates on the current developments in research and treatment options of IBD. Below you will find information about the first two talks in the series. The first talk will be presented by Myra Berkowitz, MNS, RD, CDN. Myra is a nutritionist with Gannett Health Services. She will talk about the role diet and nutrition can play in treating and living with Crohn's and Colitis. Michele Wilbur, Cornell Dining's Registered Dietitian will also participate to discuss the ways Cornell Dining has and can accommodate special needs on campus.
