Adapted from the 1923 play of the same name, Adding Machine tells the story of a man who is suddenly fired from his job and decides to seek revenge on his employer. The musical score of this dark comedy runs the gamut of styles from 1920's jazz to gospel to haunting, post-tonal melodies. Nominated for 9 drama desk awards, the musical won the Critics Circle and Lucille Lortel awards for outstanding musical.
