Jeff Grabelsky, of the Worker Institute will be doing a two-part presentation in Ithaca. The focus of the session will be on the National Labor Leadership Initiative (NLLI), a joint program of the Worker Institute and the AFL-CIO.
Over 300 leaders have participated in the NLLI since it was launched six years ago, including the presidents of some of the largest unions in North America. The first part of the program will explore the evolution and nature of the NLLI.
The second part of the program will include a demonstration of one of the NLLI tools – Polarity Management – that labor leaders and Worker Institute faculty have found to be very useful. We invite you to come to either or both parts of the presentation.
Lunch will be available immediately after the presentations and informal discussion may continue. If you know that you want to join us for the lunch, please RSVP to Anne Sieverding (email@example.com) by Monday Oct. 1.
