Studies have shown that meditation and time in nature can reduce anxiety and stress by calming your mind and body. This series of stand-alone seasonal workshops will help you embrace calmness and seek balance in your life. In this season of greatest daylight, we’ll meditate on light as a symbol of life, healing and spiritual energy. The class will include instruction, mindfulness and one-pointed meditation exercises.
