In this season of greatest daylight, we’ll meditate on light as a symbol of life, healing and spiritual energy. The class will include instruction, mindfulness and one-pointed meditation exercises. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn how to create a new meditation practice, or an advanced meditator looking to rejuvenate your existing practice, each of these classes will provide a unique experience to guide you on your pathway to enhanced well-being.
