Meditation Series: Summer Light

Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Nevin Welcome Center

Studies have shown that meditation and time in nature can reduce anxiety and stress by calming your mind and body. This series of stand-alone seasonal workshops will help you embrace calmness and seek balance in your life. In this season of greatest daylight, we’ll meditate on light as a symbol of life, healing and spiritual energy. The class will include instruction, mindfulness and one-pointed meditation exercises. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn how to create a new meditation practice, or an advanced meditator looking to rejuvenate your existing practice, each of these classes will provide a unique experience to guide you on your pathway to enhanced well-being. Pre-registration is required.
