Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Lecture Presenting Arun Gandhi
Monday, February 13 at 7:30pm
Sage Chapel Central Campus
Gandhi’s lecture will focus on nonviolence, food insecurity and social justice, linked to the King legacy. Following a Q&A, a reception and book signing will be held in the rear of the chapel. Gandhi’s experience of living with his grandfather for 18 months, after growing up as an Indian under oppressive Apartheid laws in South Africa, led him to a lifelong commitment to the ideals of nonviolence and social harmony. He has initiated several programs to further his grandfather’s work.
Lecture will be followed by Q&A; a light reception, and book signing at the rear of the Chapel.
