Mark Bittman, celebrated New York Times food columnist, is visiting Cornell for a week of events and will appear with Brian Wansink, John S. Dyson Professor of Marketing in Cornell's Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, on their common area of expertise: Conscious and Mindless Eating. Mr. Bittman is the Irik Sevin '69 West Campus Visiting Fellow.
